Terms of Service

EZAT Router gives you access to AI models from third-party providers through one API key and one prepaid balance. The API is compatible with Anthropic’s Messages API.

Which models are available, and what they can do, depends on our upstream providers. We may add, change, deprecate or remove models and features. When we remove a model, we’ll try to give reasonable notice.

EZAT Router is an independent service. It isn’t affiliated with or endorsed by Anthropic, Amazon or any other model provider, and model names are trademarks of their owners.

• You must be at least 18 and able to enter into a binding contract to use the Service.
• Give us accurate information and keep your email address up to date. We use it to sign you in and to send important notices.
• You’re responsible for everything that happens under your account. Tell us at support@ezat.io right away if you think someone has accessed it without permission.

Keep your API keys secret. Don’t put them in public code, websites or apps that other people can inspect. You’re responsible for all usage made with your keys, including usage by anyone who got hold of a leaked key, until you revoke it in the dashboard.

• The Service is prepaid. You buy credit through Stripe before you use it, and usage is deducted from your balance as each request is processed.
• Each request is charged at the prices shown on our website and in the dashboard when the request is made. We may change prices. New prices apply only to requests made after the change, and we’ll publish them before they take effect.
• A request that starts while your balance is positive is allowed to finish, so your balance can go slightly below zero. A negative balance is an amount you owe us, and it is deducted from your next top-up.
• If a streamed response is interrupted, you’re charged for the input and for the output generated up to that point.
• Prices don’t include taxes unless we say so. You’re responsible for any taxes that apply to your purchases, other than taxes on our income.
• Paid credit doesn’t expire while your account is open. Credit is non-refundable and can’t be exchanged for cash, except where the law requires otherwise or these Terms say so.
• Promotional credit is a free extra. It has no cash value, can’t be transferred, and may expire or be withdrawn.
• If you dispute a payment with your bank or card issuer, we may suspend your account while the dispute is reviewed.

Use the Service lawfully and in line with the usage policies of the model providers whose models you use, including Anthropic’s Usage Policy and the AWS Acceptable Use Policy. You must not:

• use the Service to create or spread illegal, harmful, abusive or deceptive content, or to harm other people;
• try to get around our limits, security or billing, or access other users’ accounts or data;
• resell bare access to the Service or share your keys with third parties without our written permission (building your own products on top of the Service is fine);
• use model output in ways the model provider’s terms prohibit, such as developing competing AI models;
• interfere with or overload the Service, or reverse engineer it except where the law allows;
• create accounts in bulk or by automated means, or misuse promotional credit.

We may block requests or suspend accounts that we reasonably believe break these rules.

As between you and us, you keep all rights to the input you send and the output you receive. You give us only the permission we need to pass your input to the model provider and return the output to you. We don’t store this content; see the Privacy Policy.

You’re responsible for your content and for having the right to use it. AI output can be inaccurate or inappropriate, so review it before you rely on it, especially for medical, legal, financial or other important decisions.

You can stop using the Service at any time and ask us to close your account by emailing support@ezat.io.

We may suspend or close your account if you break these Terms or don’t pay amounts you owe, if your use creates a security or legal risk, or if the law requires us to. Where it’s reasonable, we’ll tell you first and give you a chance to fix the problem.

If we close your account without cause, or stop offering the Service, we’ll refund your unused paid credit. If we close it because you broke these Terms, your unused credit may be forfeited.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don’t promise that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that model output will be accurate.

To the extent the law allows, EZAT isn’t liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for all claims related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event that gave rise to the claim.

You’ll defend and indemnify EZAT against claims, losses and costs that arise from your content, your use of the Service or your breach of these Terms.

We may update these Terms. We’ll post the new version on this page, update the date at the top, and tell you by email or in the dashboard before significant changes take effect. If you keep using the Service after that, you accept the new Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where EZAT Technology Inc. is incorporated, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Before going to court, both of us will first try in good faith to settle any dispute by contacting each other.

These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between you and EZAT about the Service. If any part of these Terms can’t be enforced, the rest still applies. Not enforcing a right doesn’t mean we’ve waived it. You may not transfer these Terms without our consent; we may transfer them as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.
